Collection: Tail Section

Same price as a steak cut and cheaper than fillets. Usually, customers choose tail section if they want to cut it in slices or steam it whole while steak cuts are filleted but they can also be filleted. The tail section generally has fewer bones but meat is firmer than the steak section area.
